HOW CAN I CHANGE PRICING PLAN?
You can advise the Account Manager assigned to your team if you want to UPGRADE your plan with a written notice at least 3 days, and our recruitment team will line up candidates for your final assessment.
WHAT IF THE AGENT DOESN’T PERFORM?
If the agent doesn’t perform, we REPLACE them WITHOUT any additional cost to you.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM INVESTMENT?
We require all our clients to invest for a minimum of 1 month. This will give your project enough time to gauge the performance of the Script, your calling list, and the ROI so we can continue to grow your campaign together.
Can I interview the agents before we commit?
Yes! We want you to be 100% comfortable with the person representing your company. We will always give you a choice of potential candidates for you to speak to prior to going live.
Will the agents be fully exclusive for my use only?
Yes! Your agents will be assigned solely for your campaign. Think of them as your very own employees.
CAN I OFFER SOME INCENTIVES AND COMMISSIONS TO MY AGENT/TEAM?
Surely you can. We also advise our clients to keep their agents motivated and for Sales campaigns/appointment setting; they offer an X amount if they hit the specific target/quota in a day, in a week or you can also do a monthly recognition.
